Kawamoto's Film Method
This method was invented and demonstrated by Dr. Tadafumi Kawamoto.
川本忠文博士によって考案され、28年かけて実用化された動物試料や植物試料から高品質の凍結切片を作製する手法の事です。骨からも凍結切片を作製でき、研究や術中迅速組織診断用の切片作製に利用されています。
「川本法」は、これまで不可能とされていた研究の扉を開け、生命科学の研究に大きく貢献しています。
